The travel agents The Malay Mail spoke to said Britain was always more popular, compared with the US, mainly because of historical ties.
Travel agent M. Manivannan said more than 30 people signed up for his company's tour packages to London the past week.
"Although some inquire about the latest situation in London, they are also confident the situation will be back to normal by the time they go there."
Among those who booked packages to London were Lynn Kaur, 52, and her son, Melvin Singh, 24.
Lynn said: "My daughter works in London and told me the situation there is under control, so Melvin and I will be visiting her and staying there for two weeks. "After all, our package via Emirates Airlines is half the normal rate."
Another flying to London soon is 20-year-old Phoebe Lai who said: "I will be going there with a group of friends and we will be staying at a hostel in Birmingham city. We are not worried about the situation there.
